Fix

	Ability to "add comments to all users with posts." This feature allows instructors to append comments to all students who have posted in a topic or forum. Also, if students have not posted topics or replies but were awarded points by instructors, they will also receive the global comments.
	Ability to 'adjust the score of all users with posts by _'. This feature allows instructors to adjust the scores of all students who have posted in a topic or forum. Also, if students have not posted topics or replies but were awarded points by instructors, they will also receive the global score adjustment. Negative point values are allowed.
	Make "Grade Forum" column header sortable. This helps instructors sort by ungraded participants. The 'name' and 'posts' columns are also sortable, helping instructors find who has or has not contributed.
	Added 'last edited on mm/dd/yyyy, time' for edited posts below avatar. Original post date is on subject line. This feature provides additional information to members as to whether a user has edited a post since it was originally posted. This is often used to determine adjusting scores or not.
	List graded discussion items in gradebook by due date (lock date of a forum, when it ends).
	Leave "quote" as the only option to replying to sent PM messages. This enhancement was implemented at the request of instructors, as too many students would forget to quote the original message, making it impossible to follow their inquiry without the original inquiry.
