The 4th Annual Etudes Summit will be held at Sofitel San Francisco Bay, 223 Twin Dolphins Drive, Redwood Shores, CA 94065. Sofitel San Francisco Bay is an elegant destination that's ideal for exploring the best of the Bay Area. Located between San Francisco and San Jose, the hotel puts both cities and area airports within convenient reach. Numerous restaurants are within fifteen minutes of the hotel, as well as a local shopping center within walking distance. Walking trails by lagoon and the Bay are within minutes from the hotel.

Room Rate: $125

Group rate extended three (3) days pre and post the Etudes Summit dates, based on hotel's availability.
 

Individual guests must make their own reservations by calling the Hotel at (650) 598-9000 no later than Thursday, October 20, 2011. You are strongly advised to make your reservations AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to ensure room availability at the group rate.

Individuals must ask for group reservations and identify themselves as members of Etudes.

All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. If an individual with a guaranteed reservation does not check in or cancels the reservation less than 24 hours prior to arrival, the individual's one night deposit will be forfeited or the credit card on record will be charged for one night.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Attendees may be checked in earlier depending on room availability. Checkout time is 12 Noon.

• Courtesy airport shuttle to and from San Francisco International Airport. Shuttle Van leaves for Airport every hour. SFO is located 10 miles north from Sofitel (12 minutes driving distance).
