Why a Free Pilot? |

adopting. The Etudes Free Pilot is a true "Try

try Etudes with live classes and enrolled students
and experience its usability and power.

community, experience our services, and try Etudes, without any
financial burden and no obligation to sign a contract with Etudes.
- During the Etudes Pilot, your faculty are fully
supported. They have daily access to our faculty support,
including weekends and holidays. They will have access to our user
community, best practices forums, and tutorials.

How many courses and students can we run in
the free pilot? |
If your institution is
interested in trying Etudes, you can run courses for a full term (six
months maximum) at no cost, yet with full technical support.
There is no limit in the number of courses and student
enrollments that can be in your pilot. You may pilot-test an entire
program.
Etudes has a simple spreadsheet template for you to
provide your student enrollment information to us to load accounts
into your pilot course sites.

What happens after the free pilot is over? |
If your organization is satisfied with Etudes you may contact us for
information on how to become an Etudes member. With our pilot offer
you get half of your first year with Etudes for free!

Convenient Training |
|
Completion of training is required prior to teaching with Etudes. We
want faculty to be familiar with the Etudes features and tools prior
to getting started to ensure a positive and rewarding experience for
themselves and their learners.

The Etudes training fees ($75.00 per individual) are
waived for faculty who take the training during the pilot period. Introduction to
Etudes is offered fully online, and it is convenient to take. Please
direct your faculty who will participate in the pilot to our online
training offerings to register. See
